Breakfast griddle temp guide
Quick griddle temps for bacon, eggs, pancakes, hash browns and breakfast sausage, plus a simple way to split the heat.
In short
For most breakfast cooks, keep bacon, hash browns and breakfast sausage around 350-375F, pancakes around 350F, and eggs down around 300-325F.
The rough idea
Breakfast stuff does not all want the same heat. Bacon and potatoes want more. Eggs want less. Pancakes are somewhere in the middle.
How to split it
Put bacon and hash browns on the hotter side. Keep pancakes in the middle. Leave eggs for the coolest bit, or do them last once the griddle has calmed down.
Use the planner
Add bacon, eggs, pancakes, hash browns or sausage into the tool and get one clear burner plan.
